First-Time Home Buyer Incentive – makes it easier to buy a home by reducing your mortgage payments! You can borrow 5 or 10% of the purchase price!
Home Buyers’ Amount – allows you to claim $5,000 on Line 31270
Home Buyers’ Plan (HBP) – allows you to withdraw from your RRSPs to buy or build!
GST/HST New Housing Rebate – allows the homeowner to recover some of the GST paid through their home purchase
Canada Greener Homes – sign up to receive grants up to $5,000 that increase energy efficiency or get a $600 discount to help with the cost of an energy home evaluation
CMHC Green Home: offers a partial refund on mortgage loan insurance. Buy or build an energy efficient home and you just might be eligible for a refund of up to 25% of your premium!
