It’s official! The spring Edmonton market is here with a noticeable uptick in new listings and overall inventory. For the first time in months, available homes are sitting at or above last year’s levels. Over the past year, inventory had been steadily shrinking—often by double-digit percentages—which kept upward pressure on prices. Unless this new growth in inventory holds strong well into the summer, prices are expected to keep climbing through the warmer months.
