I was first introduced to Cindy, a hockey mom of two in 2019 when she completed a mortgage on a new home purchase for one of my very best friends! She communicated everything clearly, answered phone calls and texts promptly, secured a great rate and had the mortgage approved.

Q: “Bank VS Broker what’s the difference?”
Banks only have access to one lender (them,) their own products. Additionally, Mortgage Advisors, who provide you the mortgage from the bank, are in fact also employees of that bank. On the other hand, a Mortgage Broker has access to various lenders, products, and rates and has the opportunity to “shop around” for a more personalized option. Contrary to advisors, Mortgage Brokers are licensed industry members who have an obligation to work in your (the borrower) best interest.
