CELEBRATORY COCKTAILS

We’ve got not one, but TWO cocktails for you to choose from to help you ring in the New Year…

First up, we’ve got some bitters… because well, it’s been a bitter kind of year, am I right?

Negroni Sbagliato

  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 ounce prosecco 
  • orange peel

How to make: fill glass with ice and add your campari & vermouth. Give it a stir, then top with prosecco and orange peel. Easy peasy your cocktail is served!

… Now, if you’re feelin’ like putting in a little more effort (but not too much!) why not try a:

Mulled Cranberry Moonshine (Created by YEG’s Hansen Distillery!)

  • 1 & ½ oz Mulled Cranberry Moonshine
  •  ½ oz Licor 43
  • ¾ oz orange juice
  • ½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • ½ oz cranberry juice
  •  1 egg white

How to make: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice). Add ice and shake to chill. Double strain into your most favourite festive glass and garnish with fresh orange zest.
